I am going to do this workout this afternoon, as my gym doesn’t open till 6pm on Sunday’s (from 8am to 1pm then 6-8pm), and wanna do something now. I can do these all at home too, which is great!

Summertime Lemonade!
FullyRaw STRAWBERRY LEMONADE AND CUCUMBER MINT LEMONADE
For the Strawberry Lemonade: Fill up a glass of water with ice. Simply cut up the strawberries and lemons, and add those into one glass. Squeeze in the lemon. Stir and let soak for a few hours in the fridge as to let the flavors release. For a more intense flavor, mix in some mint!
For the Cucumber Mint Lemonade: Cut up the cucumbers, mint, lime, and lemons. Place them into your glass with water and ice. Squeeze the lime into the water. Stir and allow the flavors to saturate. Enjoy!

balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
No oils
I just started to eat more salads and I think I like it enough to get used to it. For me the key is, that I always have to use something spicy like onion, garlic, pepper, etc. because I like to eat very spicy. <3
